Bidirectional I2C voltage level shifter using FET
I2C Bi-directional Level Shifter 5V/3.3V is a bi-directional level converter for the I2C-bus.
Using BSS138PS (Nch FET), it can step down 5V signals to 3.3V AND step up 3.3V to 5V.
