nekoboard2

The nekoboard2 is incompatible to Scratch 2.0 (online) from August 29th 2016. It still works on Scratch 2.0 (offline) and Scratch 1.4. Our apologies for this complication.

The nekoboard2 is a sensor board that can be combined with Scratch, a free educational programming language for children.

While the previous version of nekoboard was compatible with only Scratch 1.4, nekoboard2 is compatible with both 1.4 and 2.0, the current major version of Scratch programming. By connecting nekoboard2 to your computer by microUSB cable, informations detected by different sensors can be incorporated into the Scratch programming. nekoboard2 incorporates a light sensor, sound sensor, a button and a slider as well as 4 additional inputs that can sense electrical resistance via included cables. There is no clip for electrical resistance included.

It has a female header that matches a phone jack for the resistance sensor of picoboard, another Scratch sensor board. Wiring with jumper wires from a header A -D, you can use it as a resistance sensor.
