- Find an item that you wish to purchase.
- Add the item to your cart by clicking on “add to cart”. You can continue shopping and altering the items on Cart page.
- After you have added all the desired items to your cart, click on “Proceed to checkout”.
- During the checkout procedure, you will be asked to provide:
- Billing and shipping address (Please input both if destinations are different)
- Shipping method
- Courier: EMS (With exception)
- Payment method (Paypal or credit card)
- To finalize your order, review the details on the “Confirmation page“ and place the order. Please kindly fill in the message box if you have any inquiries.
- “Thank you“ will appear on the web page when your order has been successfully accepted.
- After the placement, you will receive an automatic confirmation Email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your order description.
- “Thank you“ page should have a link with “Pay Now“.
- If you wish to pay immediately, kindly click on the link and proceed to “Go to Payment Page“.
- If you DO NOT wish to pay immediately, proceed from the link sent in the confirmation Email upon placement at your preference.
- To complete the payment, kindly click on the “Go to Payment Page“, which will jump to PayPal’s website, where you can pay via PayPal or credit card.
- Please be aware that your order will be cancelled if you do not pay within 1 week.
- If you have chosen a courier other than EMS, pleased DO NOT execute payment before receiving notification from us.
- We will pack and ship your order upon payment confirmation.
- Dispatch Time:
- If we confirm your payment by 2 pm JST on a normal business day, we will endeavor to arrange the shipment on the same day. However please be reminded that they may delay in cases such as 1) Unable to process due to excessive orders, 2) Requires confirmation in compliance with export regulations, 3) Requires exceptional assistance in response to customer's sole request.
- We work from Monday to Friday except public holidays, Summer Vacations (around August 15th) and New Year Vacations.
- We are on Japan Standard Time (JST), 9 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
- After dispatch, you will receive an E-mail with traceable tracking number.
Courier: EMS (A service of the Japan Post Service)
- All orders will be shipped by EMS with exception.
- EMS service is affordable, reasonably fast and traceable.
- EMS does NOT cover all destinations. Please check here for detailed list.
- NOTE: Due to the nature of international logistics, there are cases where specific locations in some EMS covered countries are not available for EMS shipping.

- If you prefer couriers other than EMS, please proceed to “Confirmation page” and kindly fill in the message box with below information. The "Confirmation Page" is right before finalizing the order.
- FedEx or DHL
- Your account number tagged to your delivery address.
- You will be asked to cover related fees (shipping, customs, commission).
- DHL: Express worldwide, FedEx: international Priority will be accepted.
- Please DO NOT execute payment before receiving notification from us.
- UPS is NOT currently available for shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Tax & Duty
- The ordered items are subject to customs duty and VAT.
- Duty and VAT are not included in the final price of your order.
- Purchasers are responsible for paying any taxes required by the statute at delivery.
International Order Restriction
Switch Science reserves the right to decline shipment of any order to any country or region at its sole discretion. There are cases where we may have to ask you your intended use of ordered items before shipping.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Dead on Arrival (DOA Returns)
We make sure that all products are handled with extreme care, however if by any remote chance, the products arrives damaged or dead, we will replace it with sincerity. Please contact us by replying to our order confirmation Email within 30 days of receipt. We cover the shipping cost for all DOA returns.
We respond to every order as fast as we can, which means you will be left with a limited period of time to cancel. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you do decide to cancel, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation Email. We will let you know if the cancellation is acceptable or not. If the cancellation has been approved, the payment for your order will be fully refunded.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unopened, or defective product. To process your return, contact us by replying to the order confirmation Email within 7 days of receipt. We will notify you if we can accept the return. You can return your package to us at your own expense upon acceptance.
Returned item should have the original packaging and tags and should be in the same condition as when it was received. Please be warned that USED items cannot be returned unless dead-on-arrival.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless delivered item is damaged or dead. Once we have verified and approved the condition of the returned item, we will refund you in the original form and amount of payment with subtracted shipping and handling fees.
We will process your refund within 7 business days upon acceptance of your refund request. The time needed for receiving your credited refund may vary depending on the form of payment.
We may use your personal information provided to us at order placement for the following purposes:
- To contact you about your order and payment confirmations and deliveries
- To notify you in case we find crucial problems with the items you purchased
- To provide you shortcut for entering your information during order placement
- To collect information in the effort for provision of better promotional activities
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following cases:
- To couriers for delivery of ordered items
- To couriers for delivery of printed materials for sales promotion
- When an online descriptions regarding the production such as user information and other related parties is needed to the manufacturers.
